In a historic building located in a trendy, upcoming art district, this penthouse combines traditional Spanish architecture including high ceilings and wooden flooring, with contemporary Scandinavian design. The home boasts fantastic natural light and views over a picturesque street from inside the home, as well as a large roof terrace with two separate areas for comfortable outdoor seating and alfresco dining. Mornings here would be well-spent enjoying a leisurely breakfast on the terrace and then sunbathing with a great book in one of the lounge chairs. Explore the sights of Malaga including the famous Plaza de la Merced, or spend days on the sandy beach which is just 2km away. In the evening, fire up the barbecue to cook some delicious tapas dishes, pour yourself a glass of sangria and dine alfresco on the terrace with a view over the rooftops as the sun sets for the ideal end to a perfect day.
